Go to "My Customers" from the top menu.
Click "Create New Customer" in the upper right corner.
Required fields are indicated by * in the new customer form. Required fields are listed below.
- Code (If there is no special code / id for your customer, you can use the code generated by our system.)
- Title (Customer Title, eg ABC Inc.)
- Type (Customer Type, eg Active)
After you have completed the form, you can save it and return to your customer list.
PS: Although the contact information field in the customer form is optional, we would like to remind you that the location of the customer should be added in order to analyze the quality of your field team's customer visits.
