1. Go to "My Agenda" from the top menu.
  2. Click "+" in the right side of Activity box and then click "Call Plan" on the list after clicked.
  3. Required fields are indicated by * in the call plan form. Required fields are listed below.
    - Subject (Please specify the subject of the call. Ex: Education, Collection, Routine, etc.)
    - User (Select the user for the call.)
    -
    Customer (Select the place for the user that you selected.)
    - Plan Date
  4. After you have completed the form, you can save it and return to your plan lis
