Synchronization is updating or uploading the data on your mobile application to the Ekmob SFA's cloud servers. This way your data is stored securely.

Your mobile application automatically synchronizes your data to the cloud server. However if there is a problem with your connection you have to do it manually. In order to do so you have to follow the steps:

  1. Open the menu by pressing the three lines button in the upper left corner.

  2. Scroll down to the end of the menu and click on the Arrow in the bottom left corner.

  3. Wait until the synchronization process finishes.

When the date and the time is update in the bottom of the menu it means that the synchronization is completed successfully.
