Yes, you can set different activity types such as incoming calls, video conference, lunch break, conference calls and also record these activities.

You can set new activity types by following the steps below:

  1. In the Menu on the left side click on Profile.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on Categories in the page's right side.

  4. In the appearing screen you can set different activity types from Activity Type Categories.

To set different activities using Web's Application you need to follow the steps below:

  1. From the menu in the left side click on Customers in the third row.

  2. Select the customer that you will be performing the activity with.

  3. Scroll down to the Activities section in the customer's card and click on Add Activity.

  4. You can choose the type of activity and fill in the required information.

  5. Click on Save.
